Review:

I have finally read this book. And it was amazing. I was so glad to finally get a glimpse at the early Celaena and learn about her relationship with same and how it developed! The Assassin’s Blade is a collection of stories set before Throne of Glass, and it gives the readers a chance to get a bit of background on Celaena and some of the other characters that pop up throughout the series. I loved Sam so much! What a dreamy sweetheart of a man! 😍😭 the writing was well done and kept me hooked throughout the whole book! I read it in one sitting, in one night! I crushed this fast paced read, and if you enjoy this series but haven’t picked this up, then you definitely should! I do not want to say anything more about it in fear of spoiling the stories, or spoiling some later parts of the series for those who have not read up to Empire of Storms, so I am just going to leave my review here.

Happy reading!
