This book was weird. In a delightful way. Strange Medicine consists of a number of different short stories that connect well to the title in that they are quite strange! The thing I enjoyed about these stories is you never could predict what happens next. The stories are quick paced and venture out of the normal realm of fiction. That being said, some of the stories were a little too weird for me. I like stories and characters that I can connect with, and some of these characters and stories were so strange that I found it hard to connect with them! I don’t read a lot of short stories, so I was excited to venture out of my comfort zone! If you’re into weird reads, then this is definitely the book for you!
