Review:

I loved this book so much! The beginning started out a tad slower than I would have liked, but in the end, it felt like a good in between book!

This book did a great job of further character development! I could understand the frustration felt between the two main protagonists, as they weren’t being quite honest with each other or themselves! They think they are doing what’s right, even though they are dying to be together! It was also great to read about how Kestrel felt torn between her loyalty to her country, and doing what she thought was right!

The book also introduced some new faces that I know I’m going to grow to love!

This book ends on a major cliffhanger, and I immediately picked up the next book!! So good!

Happy reading bookworms!
